This embossed chevron / herringbone stainless steel sheet is manufactured by heavy‑duty roller embossing technology. Successive raised V‑shaped chevron patterns are pressed onto hairline finished stainless steel base, delivering sharp, well‑aligned three‑dimensional arrow textures across the whole panel.
The embossed raised surface brings outstanding wear‑resistance and scratch‑hiding performance. Minor marks generated during transport, cutting and installation can be effectively concealed. The underlying hairline brush finish adds subtle metallic texture beneath the geometric embossed pattern.
Base material options include grade 201 and grade 304 stainless steel. 304 material offers superior anti‑corrosion performance for humid indoor environments. Multiple surface finishing solutions are available: original silver hairline finish, or PVD vacuum coating for titanium gold, black titanium, bronze and antique copper colors. Anti‑fingerprint treatment can be applied upon request to reduce fingerprint marks for daily use.
